The company stayed in contact as the first order was stuck in transit. Company shipped another immediately and it was just as ordered. Will buy from them again.

The Charley is the perfect toy for couples, her or him. It holds a charge and with the two distint vibrating end with multiple speeds it has so many possibilities and of course the fun.

Look im new to the " toy thing",BUT DUDE MY WIFE LOVES IT!!! Its like a helping hand i never knew we needed! I recommend it to all "married" couples that make love everyday like me an my wife .It really helps the mood,juices,and jus fun 😁 Thank you cosara we really enjoy it.I jus hope it lasts long as far as battery,vibration,etc,but yes 10 stars if you have up there!

Decent wand vibe overall, solid rigid construction is a plus for me, good versatility with the two ends and exactly the right amount of features for a wand vibe without becoming over-engineered.

That said, I personally found Charley to be less rumbly and powerful overall than other wands I own, despite reviews and ratings suggesting Charley was the undisputed Queen.

I'm sure she'll be a welcome addition to the bedroom for other partners of mine, but alas, I'm still looking for the (body safe) industrial cement vibrator of my dreams.

Never received the item. After numerous emails, still nothing has arrived. I would question purchasing from this company.

Not strong/powerful at all. Company did provide a partial refund which was unexpected.

Overall satisfied with size, design, quiteness. It is not as powerfll as the Magic wand in a side beside comparison. Would like more power. However it is adiquate.

I was initially going to order the magic wand two, we have had one of those for years and it’s always done a great job. I saw the review of your product and it claimed it was more powerful than the magic wand. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I ordered a magic wand two last week. We will use the Charlie as a back up.

It was great while it lasted, turns on, but will not vibrate in either end in less than 1 month. I'll sitck to old faithful, my magic wand.

Wanted something smaller to replace magic wand with partners play. This is not it. Underwhelming. Blah

I love it at first sight, but after one use, it's no longer charging or vibrates. I'm beyond disappointed because it was quite expensive for it not to be working.

The controls are not easy to use. Holding the power switch for 3 seconds often does not turn on -- just a short bzzt and off. Also, when trying to adjust intensity, it often turns off. Also, regarding intensity, I can get it to increase, but not decrease. Materials, ergonomics, and smoothness are top notch. Thanks, Scott

Absolutely not waterproof. And no help from customer service when it broke. It should say water resistant only.(at best)

It worked great but it doesn’t charge I’m very disappointed!

A good powerful vibration. I didn't realize it had a motor on each end. The battery is brand new so obviously it lasted long enough but only time will tell. For what it does have it's five stars. The wife really wishes that she could find one just like this except for that the control was a simple on full blast or off. The ramping and pulsing and variations are useless for her but it does still cover what she needs which is impressive.
